The Grounded Transition Programme
A confidential six-week programme for people finding their footing after international relocation.
The practical side of a move may be finished. Work may have begun and the family may be settled into a new home, but the person behind the move can still be rebuilding routine, confidence, identity and a sense of belonging.
The programme supports international leaders, professionals, partners and adult family members through this part of the transition.
Across six weekly private online conversations, participants have room to slow down, make sense of what is happening, reconnect with what matters and decide what would help them move forward.
Each participant receives the Grounded Transition Client Workbook and completes a Personal Compass with a practical 30-day continuation plan.
Employers can sponsor the programme for internationally mobile people and their families. I work with Global Mobility, International HR, People and Total Rewards teams seeking a clearer way to support people after arrival.
What a participant says or writes during the programme remains private. Sponsors receive only agreed participation information and overall programme learning—not personal details or disclosures.
Duration: Six weeks
Format: Online
Includes: Six private conversations of approximately 60–75 minutes each, the Grounded Transition Client Workbook, a Personal Compass and a 30-day continuation plan
Languages: English and Spanish
Leadership & Career Transition Support
Private one-to-one support for leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs facing leadership pressure, role or contract changes, career uncertainty, relocation decisions or the need for a practical Plan B.
When you are carrying a great deal of responsibility, pressure can begin making decisions for you before you have had time to understand what is really happening.
These private conversations give you room to slow down, separate facts from fear or outside noise and reconnect with what matters to you.
Together, we look honestly at your current situation, the pressures or patterns influencing you and the choices that are genuinely within your control. From there, we identify a practical way forward that feels realistic and true to where you are now.
This support may be useful if you are entering a new role, questioning your professional direction, preparing for change or facing an important decision that you do not want to make from pressure alone.
Employer-Sponsored After-Arrival Support Pricing based on the size and needs of the programme
Relocation support often ends when the practical arrangements are complete. This service gives organisations a way to continue supporting international leaders, professionals, partners and adult family members through the adjustment that follows.
I work with Global Mobility, International HR, People, Total Rewards and Employee Experience leaders, sponsoring employers and relocation partners.
We begin with a 30-minute After-Arrival Support Gap Review. During that conversation, we look at what support is already in place, who may still be missing, how people are referred and whether the responsibilities around privacy and sponsorship are clear.
If the programme appears suitable, the organisation can begin with a small paid pilot rather than making a larger commitment immediately.
A pilot will normally include three to five participant places, sponsor setup, participant invitations, agreed measures and a review at the end.
What a participant says or writes during the programme remains private. Sponsors receive only agreed participation information and overall programme learning—not personal details or disclosures.
The programme is delivered online in English and Spanish. My current focus is the UAE, with international delivery also available when appropriate.
